When will my order ship?
We package and ship all of our orders at the end of each week, so it can take up to several days for your order to be processed. The estimated shipping time listed when you place an order is how long the package is expected to be in transit and does not include the time it will take for us to package and ship the order. Expected shipping times are all estimates are not guarantees.
 

My order includes a pre-order item. Will all of my order ship all at once or separately?
If your order includes pre-order item(s), your package will not ship until all items have arrived in our shop. Expect for your order to ship whenever the pre-order item with the latest release date is out.
 
For pre-orders, am I charged immediately or when the item is shipped?
You are charged immediately upon placing the order.
  

Does Ghost Ramp ship internationally?
Yes, we do. Unfortunately the cost to ship internationally is expensive. We keep our shipping costs as low as possible, but it is still fairly hefty.
 

Can I track my order?
Yes. All customers automatically receive an email with tracking information once your order is packaged by our team. Please not it can take up to 24 hours for tracking to become active.

Can I cancel/refund my order?
Yes. If your order has not yet shipped, simply email orders@ghostramp.com to cancel. If your order has already shipped, return your un-worn, un-damaged items to:

Additionally, send us an email to inform us of your return. Once we receive the return, we will refund your purchase.
